A developer has listed a pre-construction home in the affluent town of Paradise Valley for $30.6 million, making it the priciest listing on the market.
An opulent home Crown Canyon Amethyst, yet to be constructed, has hit the market in Arizona with an asking price of $30.6 million. This makes it the most expensive property currently listed in the state. Set to be located in the affluent Paradise Valley, the home's plans include luxury amenities such as a bowling alley and a golf simulator. Interestingly, construction has not yet commenced on this high-end property. Should it sell at the listed price, it will surpass the most expensive property ever sold in Arizona, a title currently held by a Scottsdale home that sold for $24.1 million in October 2020.
